We're Daneal and Cathy, and we built Sola in our home in Leyton. Our intention was to create a place where we could train, learn, and be together. As the space took shape, we knew we wanted to share it.

This is not a commercial gym. It is a small space where people can move with attention, have real conversations, and get to know each other.
