At Sola, movement is treated as a spectrum. Each discipline reinforces the others — strength supports skill, mobility enables control, skill gives strength purpose.

Bodyweight strength from the ground up. Foundations for beginners, skills progressions for the experienced. Muscle-ups, levers, pressing strength.

Structured progressions from wall work to freestanding holds. Coach-led, small group, methodical. Everyone starts somewhere.

Strength through range. Hips, spine, shoulders — the joints that determine how well you move in everything else.

Iyengar-influenced practice focused on precision, alignment, and breath. Complements movement training without replacing it.

Barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight work focused on building physical capacity. Complements skill training by developing the raw strength underneath it.
